There should only be DNS servers listed associated with the VPN service. So typically you’ll just see one server there, if there’s lots then you have a problem and you’ll probably not be able to watch ITV Hub. Most of the mainstream VPNs don’t leak DNS requests so it’s likely your issue is somewhere else – look at hardcoded DNS servers and disable extensions in your browser. Switching to a new install of another browser is a good way to isolate an extension issue.
